FAQs

What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept Venmo, Cash, or Square. You’re welcome to pay at the time of your session using whichever option you prefer.

Do I need to put a card on file to book?
Yes — all appointments require a card on file through Square to hold your spot. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or excessive rescheduling (see policies below). Otherwise, you can pay however you like after your session.

What is your gratuity policy?
I offer All-Inclusive Pricing, which means add-on services like cupping and gua sha are included, as well as gratuity. There’s never any expectation or awkward guesswork — the price you see is the price you pay.

Where are you located?
I work out of a peaceful shared office space at Kuhlman Wellness, near Radio Coffee in South Austin (off Manchaca & Ben White). I rent the space on days it’s not in use by the main practitioner. Thank you for being respectful and grounded while in the space.

Policies

To support a steady and intentional rhythm for everyone I serve, I’ve created the following policies:

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee, unless there’s a true emergency.

This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Reschedule Limit

Each appointment may be rescheduled up to two times. After that, any additional change will be considered a cancellation and the late cancellation fee will apply.

This helps keep the calendar flowing smoothly and respects everyone’s time.

No-Show Policy

No-shows will be charged the full session fee to the card on file and may be asked to prepay when booking future sessions.

Late Arrivals

I build a 10-minute window into each session to allow for a brief verbal intake and a small grace period. This time is part of the full experience and helps me understand how to best support you.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to ensure we end on time, and the full fee still applies.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation, with a 50% fee charged to your card on file.

Emergencies

I understand that things happen. If you experience a true emergency, please reach out. I’ll do my best to be flexible on a case-by-case basis.
