This session style will be customized to your unique needs. There will be an element of energy work weaved into the session as well as a focus to your physical needs such as areas of chronic pain or of deeply held tension. Stretching, mobilization techniques, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, cupping, gua sha, and many other modalities may be used to ensure that you get the relief you need. Sound healing & Aroma Therapy included.

30 min Reiki & Sound

30 min / $80

A mini treatment to help you return to a more regulated state. A blend of Reiki, Sound Healing, and Aroma Therapy will be used to guide you to a deeply meditative state activating the parasympathetic nervous system and allowing rest and healing to take place.
