30 min Reiki & Sound (30 min / $80)

A mini treatment to help you return to a more regulated state. A blend of Reiki, Sound Healing, and Aroma Therapy will be used to guide you to a deeply meditative state activating the parasympathetic nervous system and allowing rest and healing to take place.

45 min Cupping & Sound Bath $95

A great session for quick & targeted results that will be sure to leave you feeling like you have melted away into bliss! This session will include a light amount of massage, just enough to warm the tissues enough to place the cups on. Silicone cups will then be strategically placed to help stimulate blood flow to areas of deeply held tension. Cups will stay in place for anywhere from 2-10 minutes. While the cups are doing their work, I will create a relaxing sound bath for you with crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. This session is for focused work only. Not a full body experience. If you are looking for a Full Body session, please book a “custom integrative massage.” Feel free to reach out with questions to see if this session is right for you.

Custom Integrative Massage (60 min $140 / 90 min  $185 / 120 min $250 )

This session style will be customized to your unique needs. There will be an element of energy work weaved into the session as well as a focus to your physical needs such as areas of chronic pain or of deeply held tension. Stretching, mobilization techniques, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, cupping, gua sha, and many other modalities may be used to ensure that you get the relief you need. Sound healing & Aroma Therapy included.

Mobile Massage Services ESTABLISHED CLIENTS ONLY (90 min $250)

I bring everything to the comfort of your home! These sessions will only be bookable on Wednesdays and some Saturdays, please see the scheduler for availability or you can email me directly. Session will include aromatherapy, sound healing, energy work. Option for hot towels if an easily accessible outlet is provided in the space I will be working in. In-home sessions are for established clients only. If you are booking for your first time, please book a “custom integrative massage” at the office.
